Why is Global Shipping so expensive?

As we want to reach a larger market, we added Global shipping to Europe (outside of Czech Republic & Slovakia), Canada, and United States. With this, we had to set a flat rate global shipping fee. Because we understand shipping costs are different to each country around the world, we will refund you the difference between our shipping cost and the final shipping cost to your country (for example - Finland - Flat rate €20, final shipping €9, shipping refund €11).

How we make sure your products arrive safely

We understand that shipping is a complicated process - not just for the people involved, but also for the packages. We make sure your products arrive safely by first packing them in custom, hardshell, magnetic lid boxes. After this, we safely put them into a thick cardboard box, which is put into a plastic envelope to protect the box from wetness and dirtyiness. In addition, the delivery company may also put their own wrapping or their own custom box on top of this.

What if I order multiple things?

If you decide to order multiple things, we will refund you the shipping on every item but one and ship all of your items together. If we don't, make sure to contact us and we will resolve it.

How can I save on shipping?

Unfortuneately, we can't offer cheaper shipping, but there is a chance your local retailer may have our products in stock, ready to ship from their stores/warehouses in your country.
