January 2025 news
Hey everyone! First of all, happy new year. We wish you all the best in 2025.
Today, we're bringing some news to you about the products.
New Year Discounts
To celebrate New Year, from this moment until 16th January 2025, 23:59 (CET), we discounted all of our headphones available on our website - this includes the Kitsune, Lyre and Harp.
Harp is getting discontinued
RaynAudio Harp, our portable on-ear headphone will be discontinued. As of right now, it's our least popular product. Because of this, we see no point in keeping it on sale anymore. Harp will be discontinued on 1st February 2025 and will stay at its discounted price (€434,99) all the way until then. This is the last chance for anyone interested in a planar magnetic Grado style headphone. Current owners and new owners before the Harp is discontinued don't have to worry, the warranty is kept and the replacement parts will also still be sold.
A RaynAudio closed back
Our first closed back is coming closer and closer to the full official release. But before it does so, we offer you a chance to get it at the current early bird price of €209,99. After release, the Hexcomb Closed will cost €249,99. People, who use the chance to take it with the early bird pricing through our Discord server will of course still get full warranty and support. The early bird price offer will only be available until its planned full official release on 15th February 2025 only through our Discord server.
A new Mimic
Some of you might've noticed that the Mimic disappeared. This is because of its issues related to our 68mm planar magnetic drivers they used and some issues with its build. Since then we stopped producing those drivers and with them the Mimic stopped production as well. Later this year, Mimic will make a comeback with a complete overhaul from the cups to the drivers. We are switching to 50mm dynamic drivers instead and a higher quality, better looking shell with a design consistent across our high-end lineup. Current Mimic owners will be offered to keep their original Mimic units with our planar magnetic drivers or upgrade them to the new Mimic for the cost of only the new drivers.
